1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during return shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless specified otherwise).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

5. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will help facilitate the exchange, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for reasons other than a defect (such as changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
